Shipping Policy

Our Promise

We'll work diligently to have your order filled and shipped out as early as possible. Your satisfaction is our motivation, and we want to get you your curb number to you as quickly as we can.

• All orders are processed upon receipt.
• We kindly ask that you allow up to 3 business days for processing and filling your order as your product is printed, cut, packaged and then shipped.
• Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for weekends, holidays or non-business days.
• Shipping costs are free unless you select First Class Mail.
• Shipping method will be selected at checkout.
• Packages are shipped in the order they are received.
• Your package will arrive usually within 7 business days or less from the day you place your order.

Standard Shipping

Standard shipping is free. Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and 2 - 3 business days for delivery based on the transit time of the selected service.

Delivery times are based on orders placed between Monday – Friday. All orders received after 2:00 PM CST will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Accuracy

Please check your shipping address carefully! Digital Curb Number reserves the right to make corrections and to limit refunds and replacements if an address error is made.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. We guarantee delivery only to the provided address confirmed on the order acknowledgement.

Shipping To PO Boxes

We can deliver to PO Boxes and APO or FPO addresses. We also deliver to rural routes with complete addresses and telephone numbers.

International Shipping

We do not ship our products internationally. We’ll proudly ship to all 50 states in the USA.

Order Tracking

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The majority of our orders are shipped within 2 business days after the order has been placed. The e-mail will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the USPS site. To track the order, click on the tracking number located near the bottom of the e-mail.

Business Days & Holidays

All orders are processed and shipped Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cutoff time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our distribution center on weekends or the following US holidays:
